    ChickAdvisor：女性交流专用

    从本质上说ChickAdvisor是个“社会化网络”：建立个人档案，把别人加入好友列表（My Chicks）等。所不同的是，这是个姑娘们专用的社会化网络，正如她的名字ChickAdvisor（少女顾问？）以及清新可人的网站设计风格。

    所谓社会化，重在互相交流，交流总要有个对象，ChickAdvisor所交流的对象就是针对年轻女性的，目前有Beauty、Shopping、Restaurants、Health、Fitness、Deals六大板块。交流的方法则是常见“提交、分享、交流”。Beauty、Shopping、Health三个板块提交的内容可以是产品或服务，所以ChickAdvisor从某种意义上说又是个Social Shopping网站，整个网站借助的是口碑（Word of Mouth）来指导彼此的消费。

    我个人非常喜欢这类针对特定人群的社会化网络。这回牺牲一下，以男儿之躯注册ChickAdvisor体验了一下，幸好她没有拒绝我。附上小歌一首，歌名“小鸡骨头”。

    Squirl：个人收藏品分享与交流

    豆瓣的分享模式是以物品为中心，Squirl则是另一种模式——以用户个体为中心。与其说Squirl是分享物品的网站不如说它展现个性的天地，每个人都可以在Squirl里分享各自的收藏品：图书、CD、影碟、明信片、模型、汽车、飞机、大炮……任何东西，只要你想得到、买得到、舍得买、买得起。在Squirl里，同类Items（收藏品）组成Collections（收藏品集合），无论对Items还是Collections都可以进行留言评论，对自己的Item还能加上Tags。

    特别想说的是Squirl的收费政策。目前免费版有3个Collections和200个Items限制，付费版（$24.95/年）提供无限Collections和5000个Items上限。我觉得这个收费是个败笔。相比较Flickr免费用户的限制和收费用户所享受的服务以及Flickr本身所提供的照片分享和托管服务来看，每年24.95美元的费用相信很多人都愿意支付，而且确实很划算。但Squirl就不同了，它本身提供的服务是否有人愿意出钱来使用？两者的区别在于Flickr既实现了分享功能又提供了照片托管服务，而Squirl基本只有分享功能。“出钱购买照片托管服务顺便还能与人分享”和“出钱自己提供内容并与人分享”是不同的。

    不管如何我对Squirl还是很有好感。我也有收藏癖好，只可惜收藏这行为需要有钱有闲，而我最多只具备后面那个条件。自己没能力收藏只能看看别人的收藏品了，我在Squirl上找到了几个有趣的收藏品集合：烟盒、LP（不是收藏老婆的，是收藏黑胶唱片的）、一些有关挪威的画作、特色棺材……

    2006.09.06@15:36更新：Squirl收费版Squirl Plus的费用已从$24.95/年降低至$10/年。

    Fanpop：全世界的fans联合起来

    Fanpop很好玩，它是各类粉丝们的Social Network。旅行、女人、汽车、甚至力争做一个出色的男人，无论你对什么感兴趣Fanpop都会有你的一席之地。

    在Fanpop里你可以加入或建立某一个特定主题的“群”，每个群都有一个自己的页面，这样的页面在Fanpop的世界里被称为“spot”。页面中包括links、headlines、forums和fans分页。links的内容可以是blog、视频、音乐、文章、照片等，每条发表的link别人都能进行评分和留言讨论。如果你对某个Spot感兴趣的话只需点击右上角的Join this Spot就能加入。

    Fanpop有点像之前讲过的CommonGate。我想这类“大而全”的Social Network是否可以再细分，针对某个特定的兴趣爱好或主题人群单独做一个网站，这样的话能针对特殊群体进行特定功能上的扩充。另外也确实存在一些人群需要一个更为专业的Social Network，类似Fanpop这样的肯定无法满足他们各方面的要求。

    顺便说一句，我加入了一个叫The Being a Man的Spot，特别喜欢里面的一句话：“What is best in life? To crush your enemies, see them driven before you and hear the lamentation of the women!”[ via Mashable ]
